In an effort to remain proactive, we will be screening all of our patients and ask if you exhibit any of the COVID-19 symptoms that you kindly reschedule your appointment until you are medically cleared.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have enhanced our infection protocols. All patients and staff must wear a mask. You will be asked to complete a mandatory COVID- 19 questionnaire. We will be taking temperatures at the door and you will be asked upon entering to use our complimentary hand sanitizer. Times are quickly changing and are uncertain. What you can be certain about is that as an essential worker and part of your health care team will remain open. Rest assured your safety is our #1 priority and as we navigate through these uncertain times please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointments.
Essex county has moved into the red zone. A Step Above Wellness is still open and operating. Our COVID safety protocols continue to be in place for the safety of everyone. We are asking our patients to call us when you get to the parking lot so we can make sure social distancing, as well as your treatment room, is ready for you. (519)970-9006 We are by appointment only and thank you for your patience and understanding. Our aesthetic services will remain paused until it is safer for these facial and body treatments. You will be able to book and reschedule your appointments as well as request to be put on our waiting list as we move forward. We are also waiving the 24hour cancelation fee until further notice.
All our equipment will be sanitized between each patient and our reception area is closed to help maximize social distancing.
