EmFemme 360 is a non-invasive radiofrequency technology used to support pelvic and intimate tissue health. At A Step Above Wellness Centre®, treatment is individualized according to symptoms, health history, goals and clinical suitability.
WHAT IT SUPPORTS
EmFemme 360 may support pelvic and intimate tissue health, circulation and comfort, including changes that can occur during perimenopause, menopause and other hormonal or life transitions.
Care may be considered for concerns such as:
- vaginal or vulvar dryness
- tissue-related discomfort
- changes in intimate tissue health
- changes associated with menopause or hormonal transitions
- pelvic health concerns where tissue support may be appropriate
Treatment recommendations are individualized following appropriate screening and assessment.

HOW IT IS USED HERE
EmFemme 360 may be provided as an individual treatment or incorporated into a broader individualized pelvic health care plan.
Within our Core-to-Floor™ approach, it may complement pelvic health education, Emsella treatment, physiotherapy collaboration and other recommended care when appropriate.
It is important that these services remain distinct: EmFemme 360 addresses tissue-related concerns, while Emsella is used for pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation.
The appropriate treatment or combination of services depends on the individual's symptoms, goals, health history and assessment findings.
WHO IT MAY BE APPROPRIATE FOR
EmFemme 360 may be considered for adult women experiencing changes such as:
- vaginal or vulvar dryness tissue-related discomfort
- changes associated with perimenopause or menopause
- changes following other hormonal transitions
- intimate health concerns where tissue support may be appropriate
Not every pelvic health concern is caused by tissue changes. Assessment and appropriate referral or collaboration may be recommended when symptoms require further evaluation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Treatment begins with a private discussion of your concerns, health history and goals.
When EmFemme 360 is appropriate, your treatment plan will identify whether external treatment, internal treatment, or a combination of both is recommended.
Sessions are performed in a private clinical setting with attention to comfort, consent and dignity.
You remain involved in decisions about your care throughout the process. Treatment frequency and follow-up are individualized.
