Medical Foot Care may be appropriate for people who:
- Have difficulty safely caring for their own feet or nails
- Experience recurring foot or nail concerns
- Have changes affecting comfort or mobility
- Have chronic health considerations that make professional foot care important
- Notice changes in balance or mobility
- Want ongoing professional foot-health monitoring
Your clinical intake helps determine the appropriate care and whether additional assessment or referral should be considered.
What to Expect
Your visit begins with a review of your health history and current foot-care concerns.
Your nursing professional will assess your feet and provide appropriate foot care within nursing scope of practice. Education, follow-up care and referral may be recommended based on what is identified.

Your feet provide the foundation for standing, walking and balance.
When appropriate, your care may include or lead to further assessment of posture, balance and movement to help us better understand factors that may be contributing to your mobility concerns.

A 3D Posture & Musculoskeletal Assessment can provide additional information about standing posture and alignment when this is relevant to your care.
